Our Team
After completing his medical school education at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston back in 1995, he completed his residency in New York and subsequently a Vascular / Interventional Radiology fewllowship at the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Ghaleb practices in several El Paso hosptials and has performed over 2,000 vein laser procedures to date. His hobbies include snow skiing and enjoying his family.
After aquiring his Medical School diploma in 2001, he completed a General Surgery residency and graduated in 2007 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He is currently practicing General Surgery in Las Cruces and vein procedures in El Paso. His hobbies include racquet ball, swimming and spending quality time with his family. Dr. Cooney is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Ghaleb has maternal family roots to El Paso and has been practicing Interventional Radiology here since 2001.
Dr. Cooney is a native El Pasoan, a UTEP graduate and a Texas Tech University alumnus.
